Description

This space is ideal for meetings, workshops and events. With a kitchenette and flexible layout, it offers comfort and convenience for groups of up to 30 people. This room is available to hire during library opening hours.

Equipment:

  • Projector with HDMI access
  • A projector, screen and whiteboard are available
  • Screen and whiteboard
  • Kitchenette facilities. Tea, coffee, milk and other refreshments must be supplied by the hirer.

Rates and Confirmation:

Bookings are available in full-hour increments, with a minimum duration of one hour.

  • Standard: $40 per hour
  • Non-profit/Community: $25 per hour

Please note - All bookings will display at the standard rate of $40 per hour. For eligible non-profit and community groups, this will be adjusted to the discounted rate of $25 per hour when your booking is confirmed by the library. Bookings require library approval before confirmation. Approvals are processed manually during business hours and may take up to 48 hours.

Booking Timeframes:

To help us prepare your space, bookings need to be submitted a minimum of one week in advance. If you need a date within the next 7 days, please call 5940 6200 to make a booking request.
