Yoga and Mindfulness – Pakenham Library In-Person

Practice meditation, relaxation and yoga with our instructor Kim. Enjoy the inner peace and personal transformation that yoga and meditation will bring to your daily life. You will learn Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, breathing techniques and relaxation methods that will help to relieve stress and anxiety. Every Wednesday evening from 6.30-7.30pm. BYO yoga mat and water bottle.

All attendees are responsible for assessing their physical capabilities and any pre-existing health conditions before participating in this class. Please consult with your health physician if necessary before attending this session.

Please arrive before 6.30pm to have your name ticked off at the front desk. To ensure everyone enjoys the program, doors will close at 6.30pm to ensure that there are no interruptions once the session has begun.
