Justice of the Peace Service – Pakenham Library In-Person
A Justice of the Peace is available to certify and witness documents. This free service operates Tuesday-Saturday from Pakenham Library. Please note that times are different each day. An appointment is not required. If you would like an email reminder for this session, you are welcome to register, however this does not guarantee you an appointment time.

Justice of the Peace services primarily include:
- attesting to the execution of a document
- witnessing a statutory declaration
- witnessing an affidavit for use in court
- certifying true copies of an original document
- certifying a person’s identity
Please note that the JP services do not operate on public holidays or if the Pakenham Library is closed.
