Tech Talk - Wonthaggi Library In-Person
We are able to offer one on one support to our patrons who would like some additional support with information technology issues. 30 minute sessions are available to all patrons.
Our staff can help you with:
- Setting up new devices
- Learning new apps
- Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Emailing and attaching documents
- Text messaging and attaching photos
- Online forms
Please bring in your own devices and chargers if necessary.
*Please note that we are unable to assist you with accessing personal information such as bank accounts, passwords and financial transactions. If you are filling in a form, we can help you navigate the interface, but we cannot advise you how to answer any of the questions.
