Chair Yoga – Waterline Community Library In-Person

In partnership with U3A Bass Valley, join Myli for a relaxing morning of self guided chair yoga. Follow along with a professionally led workout video.

Meeting on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month, this exercise session is perfect for those wanting gentle movement.

Chair yoga is an adapted yoga practice that allows you to stay seated while practicing poses to build strength, flexibility and relaxation.

Who is this for?
This session is suitable for beginners, adults, seniors, all abilities. No prior experience is required.

What to bring / wear:
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle. Chairs / equipment will be provided where needed.

Important information:
This session involves gentle physical movement. Participation is voluntary, and attendees take part at their own discretion. Please ensure you are comfortable to participate and consult a healthcare professional if you have any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns. Participants are encouraged to move within their own limits and stop at any time if they experience discomfort. By participating, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own wellbeing during the session.
