Passport Application Assistance – Leongatha Library In-Person
Event Information:
Book in a time for library staff to guide you through your online Australian passport* application or renewal.
For this session you will need to bring:
- your email address and password (or ability to access your email inbox on your phone or device during the session)
- documents proving your Australian citizenship
- your full and original Australian birth certificate
- documents showing your photo, signature, and current address
- documents proving any change of name or gender
- your previous passport number (if applicable)
Your application must also include the details of someone who agrees to be a referee, including their:
- full name
- date of birth
- daytime phone number
- Australian passport details or their address as it appears on the electoral roll
After your application has been filled out, you can get compliant passport photos taken at the Leongatha Post Office to attach before lodgement.
* This service is only available for Australian passport applications and reviews; we are unable to assist with international passport applications.
